Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not entertained. By placing an order with Studio Yezi, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Our commitment is to provide you with quality products and a unique shopping experience.
Order Cancellation
You have the flexibility to cancel any order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, we are unable to make changes to your order. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Refund or Replacement (Damaged or Incorrect Products)
In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 10 business days of delivery. Provide clear photos, and we will promptly assist you. A refund or replacement will be issued at no cost to you. No return of the damaged or incorrect product is necessary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost packages, contact us within 7 business days if your tracking indicates non-delivery. If the carrier marks the package as delivered, we are not held responsible.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed immediately and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Sale Items
Refunds for sale items are processed at the discounted price.
Replacements
Items are replaced only if they are incorrect or damaged. No refund is granted in the case of a replacement. Shipping for replacements is free, and there is no need to return the damaged/incorrect product.
